Very disappointed with this laundry service. They charge ₹70 per kg for wash and fold, but the quality was terrible: Stains were left untouched,I understand tough stains but stains that can simply go by detergent were also as is. Clothes didn’t smell fresh and had a bad odur Clothes weren’t folded, just dumped together. On top of that, they don’t bring a weighing machine when picking up clothes, so customers have no way of knowing the actual weight and must rely on whatever they claim. No receipt was shared of whether the garment was received nor was the final bill shared,I had to call them after a week to check if my laundry was done and was verbally told the price Overall, the service was careless and unprofessional. I will not use it again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Worst laundry in vasai.Very bad service. I gave her lehenga for dry cleaning. They fully destroyed my lehenga. Very rude behaviour from the owner. The lady is not ready to accept her mistake and take accountability. No apology from their side , only argument. Never recommend this laundry.

Absolutely Pathetic Service – Ruined My Shoes I gave them 2 pairs of shoes for cleaning, and they completely destroyed both. After the wash, the glue came off and the soles started separating from the mesh. This is not “cleaning” — this is damage. Because of their careless handling, I now have to buy 2 new pairs of shoes. Total waste of money and trust. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you value your shoes, stay away and clean them yourself instead. Truly a terrible and frustrating experience.

Absolutely wasted my money. I paid 400 for shoe cleaning and wore them for the first time two weeks later, only to find the shoes were still wet from the inside. As I walked, water kept coming out and completely soaked my socks. This is an extremely amateur and careless level of service. Returning shoes without properly drying them is unacceptable. Zero professionalism. Would not recommend to anyone.
