The owner is not present at the shop to relay the message, due to which the staff is unaware leading to unnecessarily delay and inconvenience to customers. They are loaded with too much business I suppose hence least interested to respond in a timely manner

Gave grey coloured blanket for dry cleaning and got back in pink Color, got my very expensive shirt damaged and torn after giving for ironing. The owner is absolutely arrogant and does not admit to mistakes. No Guarantee for your clothes if given in this shop . DO NOT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES!!!!
