There is no option to give negative rating that's why giving 1 star I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this hospital. The patient was admitted on Monday at 6:00 PM and shifted from ICU to the general ward on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. However, the hospital has charged for three full days, which seems highly unreasonable. It feels less like a healthcare facility and more like a luxury hotel when it comes to billing. Additionally, charging separately for the disposal of medical waste is completely unfair. Medical waste management is a standard operational responsibility of the hospital. Why should patients be burdened with such costs? Transparency and fairness in billing are expected from a hospital. Unfortunately, this experience has been very unsatisfactory.
