I had booked this service for deep cleaning, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Several important areas were completely neglected — the safety door was not cleaned at all, and the upper cabinets were left untouched, which is unacceptable for a deep cleaning service. To make matters worse, they locked my bedroom door and left the keys inside, causing significant inconvenience. Even after I raised a complaint, there was no proper response — my calls were ignored and the issue was not addressed. Overall, the service was careless, unprofessional, and far below the standards expected from a deep cleaning. I would not recommend them to anyone.
