I recently engaged Hamid’s furniture store 'Taha Furniture' to build a wardrobe for my bedroom. Initially, there were some minor issues, but Hamid proactively addressed them. However, later on, I started facing problems with the drawers. When I reached out to him for a fix, my concerns were ignored. If you’re planning to have something significant built, I cannot recommend this place. The post-service support is lacking, and the service itself is often delayed. Overall, they fall short in terms of customer satisfaction.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE SAVE YOUR MONEY GETTING WASTED. At least amazon is much better replace toh hota hai waha. Here they sell cheap and defective furnitures. I had purchase 3 cupboards 1 was defective when i asked to change or repair it they took 2 months to repair but still its not repaired now is in worst condition in just 2 months of purchase. Owner started giving excuses that it might be because of clothes. Cupboard quality is very cheap.
