I visited their new upcoming project on 22 Dec 2025. They are charging Rs 1.40 crores for a 2bhk flat with an area of 825 sq ft. Once I heard this price for a flat in a building located in Vasai Gaon, I had to call an ambulance as I suffered a heart attack. Never got a bigger shock in my life. How can a builder quote such a maddening price for a flat located in Vasai Gaon? This is unacceptable. Why will one buy a flat worth 1.40 crores in Vasai gaon whereas one can buy a flat in Borivali, Thane or Navi Mumbai in the same price. This is really a joke. The builder thinks that people who come to buy the flats are idiots. Responding to the reply from the builder: No amount of amenities can justify the rate you are quoting. You can't build an apartment with amenities in a desert and sell it for a price worth gold. It just doesn't make sense. Amenities matter when the location is right. For a flat in a village, you are quoting 1.5 CR. This amounts to fraud. No one will buy your flats unless you reduce the price. I won't even buy your flat for 50 lakhs. It's not even worth that amount. I think 25 lakhs is the max that you should quote for a flat in an isolated, underdeveloped and shady place like Vasai gaon

Most Happening place in Vasai.. Pam High Street has many Cafes, eateries, clubs... It has become one of my favourite places. Recently visited the Pam Carnival on Christmas Eve, the whole Street was decorated with lights, we had a lot of fun.. the event was totally lit. Hoping for more events like this in the future 😍
