Building is good and overshadows other buildings in the area as it is 14 storeys high and a massive structure. Problem with this is OC is not received so building is getting tanker water, there are two wings in the building, being constructed by different builders and it is situated little bit inside. Pros are you are getting a flat in the tower at a cheap rate, in 5 years time most of the cons will be eliminated and there will be massive rise in the flat rates in this area.
