Good afternoon a certain age it was fun but not capable to handle our height and adrenaline rush and pressure. Staff r very caring, recommended till ur 11yrs to hv 100percentage fun!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at Up in the Air...

Extremely disappointing experience at Up in the Air Trampoline Park, Vasai. The biggest concern was safety. I noticed that part of the ceiling appeared damaged, with a section hanging down while children were playing directly underneath. As a parent or visitor, this is very worrying because it creates a potential safety risk if any loose material were to fall. Another disappointment was the volleyball area. The court and nets were present, but there was no volleyball available. When I asked a staff member, I was told that balls were not being provided because the ceiling had been damaged due to people throwing them. If that’s the case, the attraction should either be properly maintained or temporarily closed instead of being left unusable. The staff were also not very helpful. Some crew members seemed occupied on their phones, and getting assistance or proper responses was difficult. Customer service felt lacking throughout the visit. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was either not functioning properly or not switched on despite the extreme summer heat. Spending time inside the facility became quite uncomfortable. Maintenance overall appeared poor, especially considering the entry fee of around ₹400 per hour. For the amount being charged, visitors should expect a safe, well-maintained, and fully functional facility. I also observed adults and children using the same trampoline areas at the same time, which did not seem to be monitored adequately. This raises additional safety concerns, particularly for younger children. The property itself has a lot of potential and could be an excellent family entertainment destination, but in its current condition it feels neglected and poorly managed. Unfortunately, this visit was more frustrating than enjoyable, and I would not recommend it until major improvements are made in safety, maintenance, and customer service.
