The service was exceptionally slow. It took close to 30-45 mins to get 2 vegetarian appetisers. The server was a bit rude too. When asked to pack up the leftovers he put the rice, gravy and fried noodles in 1 plastic bag and put the whole thing in a paper bag. The place has good food, get better servers.

Great Dragon is a good vibe. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The menu is a delightful journey through Asian flavors — we tried the veg sizzler, munchow soup and dragon noodles, all of which were beautifully presented and packed with authentic taste. Every dish came out hot and fresh, clearly made with quality ingredients. Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and our server was happy to guide us through the menu and make recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

We had reserved a table in advance through Zomato and paid the booking fee, but still had to wait long after arriving. To make it worse, walk-in customers were seated before us. It defeats the purpose of pre-booking if there’s no priority given to reserved guests. Expected much better service and coordination.
