Very bad experience. Had paid advance of Rs.5000/- for 7 day trip to Gujarat for 6 adult and 1 kid. Due to undue circumstances, the kid had to be admitted to hospital for getting high fever and the trip had to be cancelled informing well in advance before the trip schedule. Konkan tourist was so harsh that he refunded Rs.3000/-only and deducted Rs.2000/- for cancelling the trip for circumstances beyond our control. Doesn't consider humanitarian ground for cancellation. In response to the owner of Konkan tourist, it is still unfair to deduct 40% of the advance for cancelling the trip for the circumstances beyond our control even after informing well in advance the situation of sickness of the kid. Telephonically it was informed to deduct Rs.1500/- and thereafter Konkan tourist deducted Rs.2000/- which is quite unfair. Secondly, amount deducted beyond the amount of Rs.1500/- is for no services offered.

Even though explained politely of what is required the owner was rude. So i decline med service saying "Its ok, I don't need service any more". The owner was rude and bashing. I disconnected the call immediately. "Tel Lagane gaye tum log etc etc" was the response with loud tone. There is no need to be rude to customer if service is not needed.
