I recently purchased a new cycle, from Mumbai Cycle Vasai. I like Mr. Jake helping me for the same. And I recommend everyone to buy from them. and it has been an excellent upgrade. The frame is lightweight yet sturdy, making it easy to handle on both city roads and slightly rougher terrain. The suspension works well to absorb bumps, and the braking system feels reliable and responsive. I also appreciate the comfortable seating and smooth gear transitions, which make longer rides far more enjoyable. I had an excellent experience at this cycle store. The owner seem to be genuinely interested in helping me find the right bike for my budget and finance options. They explained every detail clearly, from frame size to gear ratios, and didn’t push for unnecessary upgrades. The test-ride experience was smooth, and the mechanic adjusted the bike perfectly before handing it over. Prices offered seem reasonable or good deal.Overall, this is one of the best places for both beginners and experienced riders. Highly recommended for honest advice.

I am not satisfied with the service. In fact the quality of service in Mumbai Cycles compared to Bharat cycles has gone down. Mumbai cycles only focuses on selling cycles, but fail to deliver parts when required. I was facing issues with my road bike, and they recommended me to change the chain. It’s been more than 9 months (23/01/2025 - 17/10/2025) and multiple fake promises but they failed to deliver. Finally after giving up on Mumbai Cycles, i called two local shops and at both places chain was available. I wonder if a normal person can easily arrange spare parts, then why does it take 9+ months to a co called Branded cycle dealer to arrange parts!!!
