I am writing this to warn anyone considering their services: do not waste your time or money, because they will actually make your AC worse. โโข Fake Shop: They advertise a physical shop on their listing, but it DOES NOT EXIST. It is a completely fake storefront. โข Zero AC Knowledge: The "owner" who showed up knew absolutely nothing about air conditioners. Instead of fixing the unit, he spent the entire visit taking pictures of my AC and making phone calls to other mechanics just to figure out what the problem was. โข They Broke My AC: Just TWO DAYS after they "serviced" my unit, the AC fan completely broke. โThis is the worst AC servicing I have ever experienced. You are basically paying a clueless middleman to damage your appliance. Hire a real professional and avoid this business at all costs!
