I have had a good experience overall at Image Diagnostics and Healthcare Services. Dr. Parth Vaishnav is very kind and explains everything in detail, which really helps first-time parents. For the fetal echo scan, I was scheduled with Dr. Sylvia Colaco. I later understood that she is a very experienced specialist who consults at multiple hospitals, which is why getting an appointment can be challenging. However, the appointment coordination could be improved. I had booked in advance, but received a last-minute call to come the same day, and later had to follow up multiple times myself for availability updates. Overall, the medical expertise is excellent, but better communication and scheduling support from the center would greatly improve the patient experience.
