Hotel Priya Pure Veg

Visited Priya Hotel on 11th May 2026 for my wedding anniversary around 11:20 PM. Their order-taking time was till 11:30 PM, yet they gave us a table and asked us to place the order. We initially wanted to order starters first and then decide the main course later, which is completely normal while dining. But the staff forced us to place the entire order immediately, saying the kitchen would close in 5 minutes. We still cooperated and ordered starters, main course, rice, and dessert together. Later, the manager himself told us that rice would still be available after 11:30 PM. But when we asked for one plate of rice later during the meal, the same manager rudely denied it and said nothing was available. When we questioned this, he arrogantly replied that we should have checked the menu card because the timings were already mentioned there. If the timings were such a strict issue, then why even give us a table and waste our time instead of politely refusing us at the entrance itself? The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming throughout. It completely spoiled our anniversary mood. On top of that, they dumped all the food — starters, main course, and dessert — on the table together without any proper serving sequence. The table was overcrowded and the entire dining experience felt chaotic. The service was terrible. No one was there to properly serve or assist us. The staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor by serving food, instead of treating customers with basic hospitality and respect. A special day was completely ruined because of the poor management, rude behavior, and pathetic service. I would genuinely suggest people not choose this place for any special occasion.
