He did an excellent job piercing my teenage daughter's ears, 2 lobes and 1 helix —professional, calm, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. Jerry took the time to explain each step, answered all our questions patiently, and ensured my daughter felt comfortable and confident before, during, and after the piercing. The studio was clean and hygienic, and the placement of the piercings is spot on—perfectly symmetrical and exactly what we wanted. You can tell Jerry really cares about doing things the right way.
