Very disappointed with the kind of timings they have, doctor comes for 10 mins and leaves, inspite of telling that I am on the way with my mother who finds it so difficult to even get into a rikshaw and still Dr left saying meet me at K K hospital and when called K K hospital they said he will come at 9:30 pm and it was 4:11 pm when Evershine receptionist is asking to visit. So misleading and annoying. When it comes to waiting period if you go at 9:30 pm you will have to wait till 10:30 and then they say it might become 11:00 pm also. When we respect your time then why can't you. Very dissatisfied with the service you are providing.

The doctor is knowledgeable and good at diagnosis, no issues with the treatment itself. However, the time management at the clinic is very poor. I had a 9:00 PM appointment, but the doctor arrived at the clinic around 10:00 PM. Even after arriving, patients without appointments or later appointments were called before us, which caused unnecessary delay. If appointments are given, they should be respected. Otherwise, there is no point in taking appointments as patients wait for long hours despite booking a slot. The clinic seriously needs to improve punctuality and appointment management to match the quality of the doctor.
