Very bad experience.. They don't seem to care about customer and business. I went to sell my Alto 800 and buy a Baleno in exchange. I had also called before going. The sales representative didn't know much about the process of exchange. Finally I went to the manager Mr Santosh. He also didn't seem to be very interested in this transaction. He was busy talking on the phone. Finally he said that he would send someone for the valuation of the Alto 800. He also said that he would send photos of the Baleno with other details. Even after 3 days, there are no updates from them in this regard. Today I sold my Alto 800 though other channel and bought the same Baleno from Sai Service True Value in Lower Parel.
