They tell their staff only to call customer saying that they are calling from housing.com and even after giving all the information to them , they will still goof up , today a female called savita called me from om sai property and is telling that's he is calling from housing.com so i told her about my requirements very clearly with my budget and then she is telling her boss Mr Dharmendra Jagtap to call me and he is giving details of properties which I am not interested, even after informing the budget and requirement why they are not understanding it , and when I told savita that why she did not give the correct information to Mr Jagtap , she is telling aap personally jaake ek baar baat karlo, she wants customer to travel from andheri to vasai just to clarify a simple things , pathetic experience and i will report this to housing.com also and ensure that they are blacklisted because they are impersonating them and fooling customers
