“I had a very good experience at the Passport Seva Kendra. The officers were extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They treated everyone with respect and made the procedure smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. The only issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. The weather was very hot and humid, and it became quite uncomfortable while waiting. I would kindly request the management to install or improve the AC facilities, as it would make a big difference to the comfort of visitors. In such weather conditions, proper air conditioning is really necessary. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by the officers and staff. Thank you for your professionalism and support.”

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were unnecessarily rude and impatient throughout the process. The facility itself is poorly maintained, cramped, and located inside a post office with virtually no proper waiting area or seating arrangements for customers. What was most frustrating was the way the staff behaved towards families with children. Expecting a young child to pose perfectly on the very first attempt is unrealistic, yet the staff seemed to lose their temper immediately when our child did not cooperate exactly as instructed. Instead of showing patience and professionalism, they became visibly irritated and made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Customer service is not just about completing a task; it is about treating people with respect. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made to staff behavior, cleanliness, and customer facilities.
