I placed the order on 1st june and the delivery was supposed to happen on 7th june as per the tracking provided. It has been around three weeks since I've been waiting and all they are saying is that the courrier service is not responding And also was questioning me asking why I didn't collect the order I would only be able to collect the order if I receive a call or an update regarding the delivery. And they are asking me to be patient. This cannot be tolerated. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The order was supposed to be gift. Would never be reccommending or ordering from this place again. Save you money, also there has been no remorse or apologies as it is their mistake. Report this page people!

Absolutely no transparency or clarity regarding the delivery! The checkout page says delivery within 4 days, and while enquiring with the customer care they say (6 - 8) for delivery of printed products! There is no mention of this during checkout and neither do we get any email or message highlighting by when the product will get delivered! Totally unprofessional and rude customer care! Please stay away from this company!
