I went to this Geetha Clinic at Evershine City vasai for my blood test comprising of CBC, CREATININE AND ELECTROLYTES on Sept 3, 2025 at 8.00 AM. The person who took my blood sample punctured by artery and took blood instead of taking it from the vein. This man who collect blood samples has no qualification or training upon questioning. My hand was swollen for about 4 days, the pain still persists and my enrire biceps have turned blue. I went and showed him the status of my hand and his execuse was sometimes it happens and I have not applied ICE!!@. The other staff members are also untrained - just kept for collection of money and handing over reports. I, there, request everyone not to go this place for blood test. Be careful

This Geeta Clinic is absolutely the worst! The lady doctor there doesn’t even deserve to be called a doctor — she isn’t even fit to be a compounder. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, not just to the elderly male doctor, but also to the patients. She told me, “My duty is from 9 AM, I won’t do your check-up. Go tell that old man!” — such an arrogant and unprofessional attitude. I refused to proceed with the check-up after being spoken to like that. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable in a medical setting. The owner really needs to take strict action against such staff before more patients are mistreated.
