Worst outlet you will never get what they have it on their menu. Staff are worst then govt employees. They don't have decency to welcome customers always welcome customers negative responses. I think franchise owner need to take a look in this and make some changes or else the business will go down. I will never recommend anyone to atleast visit the CSB in Box Street. Pathetic 😡😡😡😡

I visited this outlet recently and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked how long it would take for them to start, none of the staff members bothered to respond. There were four employees working at the time, but none of them showed any interest in assisting me. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of basic customer service, especially when all I needed was a simple answer. I hope the management takes note of this and trains their staff to be more attentive and courteous to customers.
