Very disappointing experience. We specifically chose this hotel because it had AC seating, and we came as a family group of 6-9 people around 5 PM, ready to place a proper order worth ₹5000-6000. But shockingly, the staff refused to turn on the AC, saying they have a “rule” that AC won’t run after 4 PM. What kind of hospitality is this? The comfort of customers should be the first priority in any hotel or restaurant. If you advertise AC facilities but refuse to provide them during peak evening hours, then what exactly are customers paying for? Instead of accommodating guests, they simply rejected the request without any concern. Very poor customer service and management mindset. Definitely not the kind of place you expect to treat customers properly.
