We had booked Astrid villa in Parmar Farm House. Absolutely horrible experience. The property advertised 3 rooms, but one of them was just a makeshift room on the parapet/terrace without a proper bathroom. None of the basic facilities worked properly — flushes were not working, there was no water in the sink, and the ACs were non-functional. The hospitality was even worse. Breakfast sent for 5 people looked like it was meant for just 1 person. They literally sent one small butter packet of 5 gms for 5 guests, and the overall food packing and quantity were pathetic. Tea and coffee for 5 people came in plastic bags barely enough for 2. The food orders even after pre ordering and giving time in advance came almost two hours later. Sarah from the management is absolutely rude and non competent. Narmisha from housekeeping started walking out when we were taking to him. Completely mismanaged and not worth the money. Avoid this property at all costs.

The place was absolute bliss, built for complete peace and a perfect getaway spot. The interiors are really modern and cleanliness is up to the mark. All amenities, from small to major, required for a stay are available. Superb place to be.
