Had a very disappointing experience with the staff and overall hospitality. I asked the waiter about a crispy chicken item or something similar on the menu. Instead of helping or suggesting alternatives, he repeatedly responded in a rude tone saying “hamare yaha nahi milta hai” and “pata hi nahi hai.” What was surprising is that despite being in the hospitality industry, he didn’t even seem aware of similar starter items available in their own restaurant. The interaction was so unpleasant that I decided to leave immediately and even complained to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager seemed completely uninterested and did not handle the situation professionally either. Basic hospitality means guiding customers politely, understanding menu similarities, and maintaining respectful communication. Very disappointing experience from a place with such a reputation.

Went to Café Noorani a few days ago and had a lovely experience. The lamb biryani was absolutely delicious—full of flavour and very satisfying. The waiter was genuinely kind and attentive (so sorry I didn’t catch his name). My husband had ordered an egg roll, which came with chillies, and when he mentioned that he doesn’t eat chillies, the waiter happily replaced it with a smile—no fuss at all. That kind of service really stands out. The French fries were hot and yum, the café itself is small but clean, prices are reasonable, and overall it was a really pleasant, feel-good experience. Definitely worth a visit!

My experience here was very disappointing. The food was completely bland, and the balance of spices was all wrong. The dishes didn't seem fresh, and the presentation was only average. The prices are far too high for the quality of the food. I wouldn't want to come back here again.
