Very, very bad experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here have absolutely no manners or basic courtesy when talking to people. Before offering any service, they seriously need to learn how to speak politely and respectfully. I honestly don’t understand how their Google rating is 4.3 – it’s completely misleading. The way they behave, they don’t even deserve a single star. This kind of judgmental, disrespectful attitude is not just disappointing – it’s disgraceful. Extremely poor service and shameful conduct.

In which hospital or where in Mumbai is dialysis done free of cost? Despite living in Mumbai, they doesn't even know this . And I m from out station stying at relative, they want us to look poor.
