I really wanted to like this salon because the staff were genuinely sweet and seemed to work very hard. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the owner’s behavior. There was a timer placed on the massage chairs, and clients weren’t allowed to use the remote controls. When someone tried to adjust it, the owner said they don’t let clients use the remotes because people “play with the buttons.” It felt unnecessary and honestly a bit disrespectful to be treated that way when we are adults paying for a service. The employees themselves were kind and professional, but the overall atmosphere created by the owner made the visit uncomfortable. Because of that, I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon.
