My Samsung S23 recently developed multi-colored lines. Even though it was out of warranty, Divine Communication provided excellent service, completing the repair in just โน650 without charging for the screen and took only two days. The staff was professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Do not visit if you care for your mobile. They destroyed my screen. The issue was with the battery and they somehow destroyed the screen. The screen costs 19k. Someone needs to check the credibility of these technicians. That is why Apple has better sales than you all. Just don't visit this place.

I am writing to complain about the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff at Samsung Service Center, Sion Circle, Mumbai. The staff did not communicate properly and lacked basic courtesy while addressing my issue. As a Samsung customer, I expect respectful and professional service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

I am writing this note as a genuinely disappointed and frustrated customer who trusted one of the worldโs biggest technology brands and invested in a so-called โpremium flagshipโ smartphone โ the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, costing โน1,65,000. When someone spends this kind of money on a mobile phone, they are not buying just a gadget. They are buying reliability, trust, durability, and long-term support. Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung has been the complete opposite. Under normal usage, without any physical damage, water exposure, or misuse: โข The inner fold display failed once and had to be replaced. โข Recently, after installing an official Samsung software update and restarting the device, the outer display suddenly developed a permanent vertical green line. This defect appeared immediately after the update, which raises a serious question: How can a software update damage a hardware display in a premium device? When I approached the authorized Samsung service center, I was informed that since the phone is now technically โout of warrantyโ, I must pay again for display replacement, even though this is the second major display failure in the same device. This leads to a very simple but painful reality: I paid โน1.65 lakh for a phone that cannot survive normal usage, and now I am expected to keep paying more every time its most critical component fails. For this price, one can literally buy a motorcycle. Yet the durability and after-sales experience of this phone feels worse than many mid-range smartphones. Instead of taking responsibility, the support system keeps: โข Delaying the case โข Closing and reopening references โข Giving generic replies โข Avoiding a clear written resolution There is no accountability for product quality, no ownership of repeated defects, and no meaningful support for a premium customer. This experience has taught me a hard lesson: Innovation without reliability is not progress โ it is just an expensive experiment, and the customer becomes the test subject. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise consumers to think very carefully before buying any Samsung Fold series phone. The concept looks futuristic, but the long-term reliability and service support do not justify the extremely high price. A premium brand should deliver premium durability and premium responsibility โ not premium disappointment. This is not just about one phone. This is about trust, value, and consumer rights. And unfortunately, in my case, Samsung has failed on all three.

Quick resolution and delivery, however it's situated in the loft of shop with narrow stairs no fire safety equipment or exhaust, kind of scary
