I had a very disappointing experience in Emergency Ward No. 4. When the patient was confused about their medication, the trainee doctor (a lady doctor) did not respond helpfully. Instead, she became irritated by the confusion and even insulted the patient. This unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed to ensure better care for everyone.

They waste people time honesly U have to que at each an every mommet Que for form Que for dr opd Before test Que for time Que for token Thn u wil get random date which is like 20 days after Then que for your test The facilities just waste time for people ... And dr r busy writing unnecessary test just ot keep the pattern going .. rather using brain and quickly solve patient problem... Inexperienced.... I had an opd with a female dr she just wrote a paracetamol i have mo fever... .
