I would like to share my honest experience. Firstly, I truly appreciate the staff — from the ground-level support team to the billing department. Everyone has been attentive, polite, and supportive during a stressful time for our family. The nurses and administrative staff have been responsive and cooperative whenever we needed assistance. Their behavior and coordination have truly helped us during a difficult period. However, I would like to highlight a hygiene concern that needs attention. In the waiting area, I encountered bed bugs on the seating chairs, which was uncomfortable and concerning as a visitor. Additionally, there are frequent mosquito bites both in the waiting area and occasionally in the general ward area. In a hospital environment, especially where post-operative and vulnerable patients are admitted, strict pest control and hygiene management are extremely important. This is shared purely as constructive feedback. The staff support is commendable, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve pest control and overall waiting area hygiene to maintain the hospital’s standards.
