Horrible agent, Never ever apply for visa with them. They dont know anything about visa. The agent misguided to submit incomplete documents because they themselves do not know what all documents are required to acquire visa. My schengen visa money of Rs.30000 for two passengers got wasted and more than that my entire europe tour money of 6 lakhs for hotel bookings and flight tickets got wasted because of their foolishness. ALSO - ONCE THEY TAKE ADVANCE MONEY, After that once in two days they will keep on asking more money and will scare you if you dont pay right now your visa will be rejected. Guys beware of them.
