Very disappointed with the overall experience. The project has faced significant delays compared to the timelines communicated during booking. Despite a substantial portion of the payment being collected, the pace of construction and finishing work appears far from completion. What is most concerning is the lack of clear communication and realistic updates regarding possession. Homebuyers make important financial decisions based on commitments provided by the developer, and repeated delays create unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I hope the developer focuses on transparency, provides accurate timelines, and takes concrete steps to complete the project at the earliest.
