Absolute non co-operation, no response from these people who we buy our policies from. A simple mail goes unanswered, a phone call isn’t responded to, call back never happens. I keep writing mails and mails, keep giving them all documents, but they don’t go through either the query or the documents. They just keep asking for documents and for what they know best. My claim stands well under their policy, but they just keep denying it on call without proving their denial reason. They toe up with third parties like ASEGO, who are equally noon efficient. Dont fall into it and buy their policy, read well and buy better.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from . Your team informed me that my policy was cancelled last year, yet I was continuously called for EMI payments, which I paid on time. This is misleading and unacceptable. At the time of purchase, I was told I could add the OPD rider later. Now I am being told it’s not available in my area, and my policy is already cancelled.
