1) I had a very bad experience of their service - my Tata safari car has leak of coolant as its gasket valve were leaky ( which is a rare case) - they took my car for repairs took one week to repair. We just drove it out a kilometre and the coolant leaked again - so we towed it back ans then two weeks we keep following up and they did not has any response nor were able to predict when it will be addressed - i had to take the matter to their GM and Head of Tata motor car sales service and sent a formal complaint after which they responded - all this was paid for repairs and not in any warranty . Last week they called me for sending car on service and i said ok for Sunday - on sunday they called and said that its not possible as they are under maintance schedule and promised to take car on Thursday this week and arrange a pick up . today is saturday and still no sight or sound from them . Tata is a good company but is spooling its reputation by appointing unprofessional vendors

Absolutely pathetic and insulting experience at Punnet Cars, Chembur. I walked in with full intention to buy a Tata car, but the sales staff treated me as if I wasn’t even worth their time. No interest in showing cars, no test drive offered, and shockingly, a brochure given to me was taken away mid-way and handed to someone else—this is the level of disrespect here. It didn’t stop there. I was actually confronted over a phone call for simply stating the truth about their behavior. When I returned to speak to the manager, the attitude was equally careless and irresponsible. The response I got was basically “do whatever you want,” which clearly shows how little they care about customers. This is not bad service—this is outright humiliation of a customer. If this is how Tata dealerships treat serious buyers, it’s no surprise customers lose trust. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this showroom unless you’re ready to be disrespected.

Wurst….. wurst….. wurst….👆👆👆 As a new Tata customer, I expected a smooth and professional service, but the experience was completely unsatisfactory. There was a lack of proper communication, delays in service, and overall poor customer handling. The vehicle was not serviced to the expected standard, and I did not feel that the concerns were properly addressed. This is not the level of service one expects from Tata Motors, especially for a first service which is very important for customer trust. I request Tata Motors to take this matter seriously and ensure better service quality and customer experience at their service centers.
