One of the biggest fraud company i have seen in my whole life. Guys never pay money before you get your offer letter they will give you any reason just to take money before offer letter. once you pay they will give more reason for not getting admission nd they will just eat your money nd you cant get it back anytime you will just going around there office for months nd years for getting money

FAKE consultancy once you pay there money they will just take money and later says you cant get admission due to any fake reason. if you don't believe me see other comments also. they say they have given money in college whish is now non refundable. I will never suggest this consultancy to any one. I Had paid 200000 money to there agent now they say they don't know anyone buy that name . i even have there check book entry

ONCE THEY HAVE RECIEVED THEIR PAYMENT (WHICH INITIALLY THEY WILL CONFIRM ITS REFUNDABLE) THEY DISAPPEAR AND COME BACK AFTER MONTHS STATING THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED SERVICE HENCE AMOUNT CANT BE REFUNDED. FIRST I HAD A AGENT NAMED SWAPNALI ASSURING AND ASSISTING ME AT THE BIGINNIING AND THAN ONCE PAYMENT DONE CHANGE OF AGENTS AND THE NEW AGENT HEMANT DID NOT KNOW THE PROCESS AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT A DOUBT OR QUESTIONED HIM HE NEVER ANSWERED CALLS, REPLIED ON EMAILS. HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CHECK MY PROFILE TIME TO TIME AND THE PASSWORD TO MY PROFILE HAD EXPIRED WHICH I UPDATED AND INFORMED QUEST. FINALLY I SENT EMAILS EVERY DAY STARTING IN JULY AND ASKED THEM I WISH TO WITHDRAW THEIR SERVICES I AT LAST GOT A REPLY IN MID SEPTEMBER THAT THEY WILL CALL BACK WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. SUDDENLY AFTER CHASING THEM FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS I GET A EMAIL FROM THE GM INOW IN OCTOBER (NAMRATA PATEL) THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED MORE SERVICE THAN COMMITTED AND I AM NOT ELIGIBILE FOR REFUND AND THEY ARE NOT REPONSIBILE FOR MY PROFILE. BASICALLY 0 ASSITANCE AND DO NOT SIGNTHEIR AGREEMENT. TRUST ME Y-AXIS IS WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL.

Mr Ajay Rathod from Santacruz team headed the bluff game followed by his team.Once the payment process was done Mr Ajay vanished like how & never came up.The entire team will initially be behind your back rigorously till the time you shell that bomb(“FEES”) onto them. They will give you nice sugar quoted discounts & I guess fake evaluation reports too.In the entire said contractual period,I was the one who was calling them following up with them by the means of calls/emails(screen shots can be shared) but none of them was least interested to guide the path. After begging with 4-5 subordinates,like an government organisation lethargically they gave one answer to one of my query amongst several questions It was a complete wastage of money,rather I would have sat over the google for 4-5 days & got my thing done rather than wasting my time + money on these fakesters. In the entire due course of my contract I was replied only & only once that too after pleading over calls/mails from a long time Their goal is just too take away from you the humungous fee that they take in the name of so called “Consultation charges”(I would request the team to google the actual meaning of same & help people accordingly).I still can’t believe I did pay these people to just get 3 callbacks & hardly 1-2 email reversals. People are requested to opt for some reliable agencies who in actual will help you to get out of the fix rather than coming to Quest... Please save your hard earned money which people at Quest don’t value for at all!!!

It was a grt experience since I associated with your company with your company on march 2018 for my Canadian visa process your approach towards the entire process was very professional I got my visa on 12 April 2019 and hence I take opportunity to thank all your staff
