Third rate people at the counter. They always ask your mobile number and then send you frequent reminders that you have so many points and we have not seen you for a long time. After purchasing when you remind them of the points, then they say that you need minimum 100 points for redemption. If you point out that the same is not mentioned anywhere, they say everybody knows it. I buy paneer from there, but now I've decided not to ever visit their store or buy any of their products from other outlets also. They are very egoistic and feel no one can compete against their products. Looks like most of the five star ratings are paid reviews.
