Visited this outlet for the first time and had a very good experience. The outlet was very clean and staff was helpful especially Mr Vikas who recommended the best. Had Blueberry White Choco Shake along with Kiki & Oreo Cream Waffle with chocolate icecream. Both were amazing.

The santacruz branch are the worst I have been ordering the waffles for years. The last few times they have been messing up and how. Have given them a bad review on Swiggy Zomato too. But always order again thinking they will improve. But the fact of the matter is they wont . They should really shut sop. Belgium waffle santacruz u really need to get your act together Either u send a burnt waffle. Or u send an under cooked one or u send something that so so cold which is funny cause my place is not far from thr outlet and the reorders are not great either. The experience is getting worst day by day You guys charge us for the item purchased and if u cant deliver quality then please its high time you shut shop. Cause its frustrating

Stopped by the Santacruz West outlet for their Children's Day “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer. After placing the order for two waffles, the staff conveniently claimed there was a “Wi-Fi issue” and refused to give the free one. This is a pathetic excuse and clearly misleading for customers. If you can advertise an offer, you should be able to honour it—basic integrity. Extremely disappointing experience. Not coming back unless they fix their system. Though the person on the counter was courteous & apologetic so complaint against her. It was BW's system issue.
