My son and brother recently underwent septoplasty under the expert care of Dr. Kaushal Sheth, and we truly cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience we had throughout the hospitalization. Although my wife, son, and I reside in Worli, we chose this hospital because of the immense trust, comfort, and confidence we had in Dr. Sheth and his team — and the decision proved absolutely worthwhile. From admission to discharge, the level of care, professionalism, warmth, and compassion shown by the entire hospital staff was truly outstanding. The nursing staff were attentive, caring, and always available whenever needed. A very special mention must go to Namrata, the floor manager, who repeatedly checked in on us with genuine warmth and concern, ensuring that both the patients and family members were comfortable at every stage. Her kindness, efficiency, and reassuring presence made what could have been a stressful experience feel far more manageable and comforting. Most importantly, the medical care provided by Dr. Kaushal Sheth and his entire team was exceptional. Their calm and reassuring approach, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the treatment and recovery process. We are deeply thankful to the doctor, nursing staff, management, and everyone involved for delivering such outstanding treatment with humanity, professionalism, and genuine compassion. This was truly a hospital experience that reflects the very highest standards of patient care and medical excellence.

Dear Dr. Nilesh Sir, Jyoti Ma’am, and the entire Zen Hospital team, I wanted to reach out and share my deepest thanks for everything you've done for me. When I first learned about my diagnosis, I felt completely broken. Cancer is such a heavy burden to carry, but your constant support and encouragement helped me find my footing again. To Dr. Nilesh Sir, thank you for your expert guidance, and to Jyoti Ma’am, Dr. Priyanka, Sanjana Sister, and Pratiksha Sister—your kindness and cheerful spirits truly helped me push through the toughest days. A special thank you to Shilpa, Sonali, and Sunil Mama for keeping everything so comfortable and clean for me. The moment I found out I was cancer-free is one I’ll never forget, especially because you all took the time to celebrate that milestone with me. That sweet gesture gave me so much courage and hope as I step into this new chapter of health and happiness. You didn't just treat a patient; you cared for a person. I am forever grateful. Our experience with Zen Hospital for our mothers treatment for Stage 3 Cancer was really worth it. Dr. Sandeep Bipte, Dr. Nilesh Lokeshwar and the lady Gynac both were very supportive and motivating, right through the journey. The Hospital Staff is also really nice. The Cleanliness, Hygiene, the food court, the TPA department for Cashless services, all are worth speaking about for their quality services. Would definitely recommend Zen Hospital for ones looking for a quality Hospital for treatment. Onco Department Staff namely Sanjana Sister, Jyoti Ma'am, Dr. Urja, Pratiksha Sister, Priya Sister, pharmacist Meghana and all Mama n Mavshi. Thank you to so much to the 4th Floor Onco Department for such a sweet send off for my beloved mother.
