My family has had two remarkable experiences with Dr. Kunal Shah in Kadamwadi, and I felt it was important to share them. First Experience My mother-in-law suffered a fall on 3rd March. We called the clinic around 8:00 PM, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in arranging an immediate consultation with Dr. Kunal Shah. The clinic has an in-house X-ray facility, which helped speed up the diagnosis. As soon as the X-rays were reviewed, Dr. Shah promptly made the necessary decisions regarding treatment. He was precise, confident, and acted without delay. A plaster was applied immediately, and despite it being late in the evening, the doctor and his staff stayed until around 10:30–10:45 PM to ensure everything was completed properly. The required medicines were prescribed, and we were advised to follow up after a month. Dr. Shah had also performed my mother-in-law's back surgery. The surgery went smoothly, and she was able to start walking the very next day. Dr. Kunal Shah is exceptionally focused, highly skilled, and one of the finest orthopedic surgeons I have come across. After witnessing the quality of treatment provided to my mother-in-law, I became confident in recommending him to family and friends without hesitation. Second Experience A month later, my brother met with an accident. At Gurunanak Hospital's casualty department, we were advised that he would require surgery because one of his ankle bones had broken into several pieces (where a metal plate will be fixed inside). As soon as I learned about the situation, I contacted Dr. Kunal Shah's clinic and shared the X-rays that had been taken at Hospital. After reviewing them, Dr. Shah informed us that the fracture could potentially be treated without surgery. I immediately brought my brother to Dr. Shah's clinic. Once again, the receptionist was extremely helpful in coordinating everything. Dr. Shah examined him, applied a plaster, prescribed the necessary medicines, and clearly explained all the precautions and care instructions. My brother remained in plaster for two months. Yesterday, the plaster was removed, and his ankle bone had healed successfully—without surgery. I am sharing these experiences after several months because I wanted to describe the complete treatment journey and the final outcomes. The clinic follows a first-come, first-served system, so waiting times can sometimes be an hour or two. However, I would sincerely advise patients to be patient because you are in very capable hands. Dr. Kunal Shah has been an angel for us. We are deeply grateful for his care, expertise, and dedication. Dr. Kunal Shah, thank you for everything. God bless you.
