I have been your customer since 2021, and my customer code is 6466. However, I’ve recently been facing repeated issues with your delivery service. Whenever I place an order for medicines, they say delivery person is not available you have to visit the chemist. Then no purpose of home delivery — especially when your store is about 1.3 km away from my home. This has happened multiple times, not just once or twice, and it’s becoming very inconvenient. If I have to visit your chemist then no used of order. I should go near chemist not at your chemist.
