One of the few clinics that are open till late. I had an afternoon appointment. Wait time was reasonable at 15 minutes. It tends to get crowded in the evenings. The waiting area has seating for 6 inside and about 6 outside. Staff are polite and empathetic. First-time patients need to register with their date of birth and name, and blood pressure is checked while waiting for the doctor. The clinic includes two consulting rooms (but not always occupied) and a separate room for blood collection, ECG, and other tests. A wide range of specialties is available, with days and timings clearly displayed outside. The doctor was professional and made the patient feel comfortable. There is a chemist besides the clinic which makes it convenient to pick up medicines just prescribed by the doctor. The clinic seems efficient and patient-focused, though evening visits may involve longer waits due to crowds.
