A wonderful experience ! A great Dr., and an equally great human being.. a few words to describe my experience and about Dr. Rohit. Not only him, but his entire team from Asst. Doctors to support staff, everyone is equally efficient and soft spoken and helpful like Dr. Rohit himself. I was there for a dental clean up and some concerns that I was facing regards my teeth. This visit was based on a recommendation as my visit to another Dr., was something that I wasn't very convinced about. Noy only did Dr. Rohit do the entire procedure very gently amd meticulously but what was most surprising was his honesty and a complete non - commercial approach to his profession. He strongly recommended that I do not go ahead with the process as my gums were not in the state to bear the same. He very specifically mentioned that I can very well end up spending a decent amount of money on the procedure but it will certainly not last amd will become the reason for more severe dental issues.. the advise turned out to be correct once the x ray was done.. A genuine human being and a genuine Doctor.. once again thanks and best wishes to Dr. Rohit and his entire team and staff.

Very bad experience with Dr Rohit and his junior drs.. My wisdom tooth removal went wrong. Firstly they could not remove my full tooth, caused me locked jaw issue, a burr piece entered in my body during the process which lead to swollen sub-mandular gland. I had to get it surgically removed along with my gland... I kept visiting the clinic complaining about the uneasiness I felt but Dr rohit sent me back saying I am having tonsil issue. He never bothered to even to get an xray n chk if all was well or not.. I spent around 1 lac for the surgery having lost my one gland due to their negligence. I had to undergo the pain. Thankfully, I went to another dentist and he sent me to a dental surgeon where I came to know that a burr piece had entered in the gland due to which I was feeling the discomfort.. I had to do MRIs, CT scan etc... Very Very Unhappy..

Worst decision! Ruined my 3 teeth and jawline. Put wrong caps and capped teeth without checking if there is an infection. Went to him because a very close friend recommended but such a terrible experience, had to get all the procedure redone, had to extract the capped teeth. Whereas all this while i kept telling Dr that i feel the cap is wrong but he just kept on ignoring it (so many patients that it's difficult to give full attention) (One cap done by his dad and other one done by a lady) Had to spend money all over again at other dentists and the permanent damage to my jawline and health due to painkillers was different. Sad part is i really trusted him and his treatment. Guess doctors really need to rethink what they are providing to their patients.

I will give 1 star because I am disappointed from this clinic . After 1 month of rc my cap has removed and it's been 1 and half year now again my cap has removed I had shifted to a new place so it's not possible to go santacruz and visit doctor because of my busy schedule.So I showed doctor at my new place so after one look he told that it's temporary cement not a permanent cement so that's why cap is removing again and again. I was shocked to know that I did not expected this from Dr bakhru clinic how could they do this because I had paid 5000 rupees how could they cheat patients. I also want to tell my story when I first visit Dr bakru clinic doctor did my rc and call me after 4 days to fill permanent cement but after visiting after 4 days different doctor was there so he took my measurement of teeth without even filling permanent cement so I also doubted what he his doing I also doubt is he not filling permanent cement but I ignore it bcoz I thought had already fill permanent cement I thought doctors know the difference between cements so he must also know that it is permanent cement .But what is this I am shocked to know that I Dr bakhru clinic doctors can't even know the difference between temporary and permanent cement.
