Extremely disappointing experience with the MCA program at Mumbai University IDOL. The administration is unorganized, communication is poor, and students are often left without proper guidance. Queries remain unanswered for weeks, and getting any information from the concerned department feels like a struggle. The faculty members seem uninterested in helping students and provide little academic support. The entire system feels outdated and inefficient. I would not recommend this institute to anyone looking for quality distance education. One of the worst educational experiences I have had. The MCA department lacks proper coordination, and students are expected to figure out everything on their own. Faculty responsiveness is extremely poor, and there is very little support when facing academic or administrative issues. Important updates are often delayed, creating unnecessary stress for students. The institute needs major improvements in student support and accountability. Very dissatisfied with Mumbai University IDOL MCA. The faculty is rarely available when students need assistance, and most concerns are ignored or redirected without resolution. Administrative processes are slow and confusing. Study materials and academic guidance do not meet expectations for a professional postgraduate program. Overall, it feels like students are treated as an afterthought rather than the primary focus of the institution.

My experience with the Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL) has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by an utter lack of competence and basic professionalism. The administrative staff is consistently hostile, dismissive, and outright rude, treating student inquiries as an inconvenience rather than their core responsibility. To make matters worse, the university’s handling of exams and the chronic, inexcusable delays in declaring results demonstrate a total disregard for students' futures. It is a completely dysfunctional and third-class institution that fails to provide even the most fundamental administrative support; I strongly advise anyone considering this program to look elsewhere unless they want to waste their time dealing with systemic apathy and incompetence.

So feeling regreting about this idol university education is becoming business nowdays so this is the best example an idol university in this university everyone is helpful but the examination department knows what they are doing marks have been jumbled of all students i was present in all exam attempted all exams and they have marked as absent very feeling regreting and to much issues are there here better to take admission in regular college and go regularly Kindly do not take admissions over here.
