Very disappointing experience at My Glam Beauty Parlour today. I specifically instructed the staff (in front of the owner) not to make my eyebrows thin and only remove extra growth while keeping them thick. Even the owner repeated the same instructions, but the staff completely ignored them and changed my eyebrow shape while making them very thin. I asked her to stop during the process, but instead of listening, she kept giving explanations. Another staff member also noticed the difference, yet there was no acceptance of the mistake and not even a simple apology. This happened before a very special function, which made the experience even more upsetting. Basic listening skills, professionalism, and customer care are expected from a beauty service.
