I ordered a Nutella Red Velvet Cake from Jeden for my sister's anniversary, and it turned out to be the highlight of the celebration! The cake was incredibly fresh, moist, and beautifully decorated. The combination of creamy Nutella and rich Red Velvet was a match made in heaven- not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. Thank you, Jeden, for making her special day even more memorable. I placed my cake order 4 days in advance and even shared a reference picture, but the final product was extremely disappointing. The finishing was poor, the piping was messy, and it looked nothing like what was promised. This completely affected the mood of my day and the party. Considering they charged ₹2200 for the cake, the quality was unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the lack of courtesy in responding to my messages. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended.
