"Never consider taking a ULIP policy from ICICI Prudential. It has been my worst experience, and once they sign you up, there's no support. I joined in 2019, investing ₹6 lakhs annually for five years, totaling ₹30 lakhs.at the time of premium payment itself they cut 55000 as charges in every premium. The investment was expected to grow significantly, but after five years, it’s only worth ₹33 lakhs and i surrendered because still it's going down only. They will exploit you. I regret not reviewing feedback from different sources before signing up, but I’ve learned my lesson now." Even the fd with 7 percent would have given me way better returns. This is from my genuine experience.
