Nanumal bhojraj pure veg restaurant Prabhadevi

Extremely disappointed with the order. I had ordered the biryani combo from Nanumal Bhojanale, which clearly mentioned it includes biryani, gulab jamun, papad, and raita. While I received everything else, the gulab jamun was missing. The only reason I chose the combo was because of the gulab jamun, otherwise, I would’ve just gone for regular biryani. To make things worse, the biryani was extremely dry and barely edible. It didn’t taste like biryani at all, just undercooked rice with no real flavor. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. I expect either a refund or at least a coupon/compensation for this disappointing experience. Definitely not ordering again unless the quality improves.
