Our journey with SOISU was quite interesting. We first visited their Prabhadevi showroom in December and were genuinely impressed with one of their recliner sofas. While we loved the design and comfort, we initially hesitated due to pricing and explored a customised alternative elsewhere. However, the end result did not meet our expectations, which brought us back to SOISU. This time, we went ahead with the same sofa — and it has completely justified the investment. Manmeet and the team were extremely supportive, right from selection to final execution. The attention to detail and understanding of our space were excellent. A special mention to Sandeep, who handled the delivery and execution very smoothly and ensured everything was managed with care. The sofa is now the centrepiece of our home, and the comfort is unmatched. A great choice for anyone looking for high-end furniture in Mumbai.

We recently purchased three beds from SOISU — two king size and one queen size — and I have to say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. To be honest, the mix-up that happened was entirely on our end. The sizes were clearly mentioned in both the estimate and the invoice, but we somehow assumed all three were king size. It was only when the beds were installed at our home that we realised one of them was a queen size. We reached out to the SOISU team and Ahmed, and what followed genuinely surprised us. Without any hesitation, they arranged to swap the queen size bed for a king size — at absolutely no additional cost. No transport charges, no logistics fee, no labour charges for uninstalling and reinstalling. They took care of everything, seamlessly. In today's world, this level of customer service is rare.
