Good service, consultant are very polite and supportive. It was nice experience. Prices are also reasonable and quality is uo to mark. No doubt why Godrej is so popular.

Extremely poor customer service. 1 week after purchase is...
Extremely poor customer service. 1 week after purchase is when the delivery and assembly started. Discovered a missing a part which was sent 2 weeks later. Despite informing and agreeing to send people for assembly at a particular time, they've sent at a later time. No information given to us by them with them taking the initiative and telling us. Had to keep calling and keep asking for them to do THEIR OWN JOB!!! Be very careful over any purchase from here as Godrej customer care will lift their hands saying this store is not their showroom, its a franchisee.
