Visited this outlet multiple times earlier because of their generosity, but a recent change in staff has completely ruined the experience. The lady server behaved as if the cost of veggies and sauces would be deducted from her salary. If that’s the case, please don’t pass that pressure onto customers. She would pick up 6–7 pieces of veggies and then put 3–4 back every single time—for every topping. Even after requesting multiple times, she barely added sauces. The service was slow, the portions were disappointing, and overall it just didn’t justify the price. Highly disappointed with this visit.

Food was served very badly, not toasted since the toaster didn’t work. Which we were not informed about. Overall food quality and bread were subpar. The service and 2 staff/servers didn’t care and refused orders to another couple at 1020 pm, in spite of it closing at 11 pm. I was made to wait for 35 minutes to get my order. Atmosphere- it seemed like the 2 staff were having their own party and played the volume on full blast, without any concern that I had shout my order out to them. Subway has renovated this location however they forgot to educate and train their staff! Complete lack of of discipline!
